Rachel and Delores went way above and beyond getting my father’s house ready for market and sold quickly. My siblings and I grew up in Newburyport but all live on the West Coast now. When my dad passed away, he left behind a large house filled with 30-years’ worth of stuff and in need of significant work. Rachel and Delores coordinated and oversaw: - Junk removal - Estate sale - Interior and exterior painting - Pool repair and maintenance - Professional cleaning and smoke mitigation - Staging Every person they recommended was top-notch, the house was on the market in 3 months, and no one in my family was in-state for any of it.
