Rachel had to deal with 5 family members who didn’t always agree on asking price. She patiently explained to each of us the market value of our property which may not have been what we wanted to hear. Once that was agreed upon she went right to work putting our property on the market with a listing and photos that made the property very appealing to a buyer. As offers came in, she used her years of experience to guide us about what was an acceptable offer. There were some offers that were unacceptable. She listened to our needs and concerns, and communicated clearly with our family, and the other agents of the prospective buyers. We came to trust her advice because of her honesty and integrity. In the end, she negotiated a price that was favorable to us. After we agreed upon the final sale price, the buyer had set a deadline to get the property through the title company process. Rachel was an invaluable help to us. She communicated to the title company the need to get that done within the time frame. Everyone in the family felt like we made an awesome deal and was extremely happy with the sale. We feel like it was because of Rachel’s advice and professionalism that we made such a great deal.
