Hi, I’m Rachel Packingham — Your Go-To Mom-Realtor in the East Valley (and Beyond!)
As a Midwest native turned Arizona local, I’ve called Queen Creek home since 2013. I’m a wife, mom of two busy teenagers, and proud Frenchie owner. Whether I’m cheering from the sidelines at a game or helping a client navigate the housing market, I’m all about building relationships, sharing honest advice, and making the process feel approachable.
I specialize in helping first-time buyers, growing families, and everyday investors buy and sell with confidence. My clients know me for my local expertise, straightforward communication, and a little bit of fun along the way.
While I’m rooted in the East Valley — Queen Creek, Gilbert, San Tan Valley, Chandler, Mesa, and AJ — I’m not afraid to cross the 202 or the I-10. I happily help clients on the West Side too… because great houses (and great people) are worth the drive. 🚗💨
Let’s Get Packing! 🏡📦
