As a realtor in Western Pennsylvania, Rachel believes communication matched with a hard work ethic is what is needed in a realtor to produce happy and repetitive customers. A Realtor must be a great consolation force, negotiator and detail orientated, all qualities I consumes. I think it is the MOST important feature is that I earn my clients trust. I always say this is not a sweater we are buying, a home is usually the most expensive asset a person owns it is important that you are not only comfortable with your Realtor that you TRUST them.
