Rachel has been a partner, advocate and friend throughout the entire experience of buying our first home. She is patient, direct and ALWAYS made us feel like she had our best interests in mind. Rachel has such a deep knowledge of the market and home quality and has a strong vision for how homes can be improved/renovated. She was always honest, professional, flexible and a strong negotiator. As first time home buyers in Los Angeles, it was a lot to navigate. Rachel was there every step of the way and never made me feel silly for asking so many questions.
