Having not moved in over twenty years the thought of moving was overwhelming. We are so glad a friend recommended Rachel Mulvihill. Rachel is amazing at her job. First, she responded to all our emails, texts, and phone calls very quickly. She went on a family vacation at one point in the process but told us two weeks out and gave us the name of a colleague we could call if we needed something immediately. She recommended painters, fix-it workers, and finance people. All of these people were also great to work with. She was not familiar with the prices of homes in our neighborhood so she did her homework. She reviewed comps and even went to open houses in our neighborhood to get a feel for the home prices. In the end the offer we accepted was way more than we thought possible for our house. She also was very patient as we looked for a new home.
