The experience I had with Rachel was absolutely wonderful. She worked very hard to help me with any and all steps along the way. She is very quick to complete any paperwork that is required, helpful with any questions I had regarding the home buying process from "just looking" all the way to closing. Rachel was exactly who you want representing you in a transaction. Rachel was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. She provided invaluable insight as we dealt with some very difficult negotiations during the buying process. Even as we took a very strong negotiating position - which clearly risked the transaction falling through, Rachel respected our approach and supported us through the entire process. She communicated extremely effectively with the sellers agent and clearly smoothed some rough waters. I can confidently say that I do not feel we would have had such positive results if we had been working with another agent. Outside of negotiations, Rachel and her team were incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the process. They made sure we had everything in place and helpfully reminded us of the little things that you tend to forget while closing on a house. Dotloop made the entire closing process unbelievable easy - even as we were 12 hours away dealing with packing and moving. My only gripe (if you can call it that) is the website to see active listings was somewhat difficult to use. Although, I suspect this is an issue with the industry as a whole (it was some big name software). Seriously, you will not regret working with Rachel.

From the first time I spoke to her I was so impressed with how knowledgeable, friendly and helpful she is.
