I began my real estate career in South Central, Missouri in 2001 by purchasing houses, renovating them, and reselling them. In 2007 I received my real estate license so I could assist others in finding homes they love. While living in NC, where my USMC family was stationed in 2011, I worked for a real estate investment firm. Working this side of real estate taught me all kinds of new, creative, and exciting aspects to broaden my experience. I have worked in virtually every level of real estate. From buying, reselling, investing, updating, and renovating, all while working hand in hand with several entities and agencies. I work closely with many local banking lenders to assist my clients to qualify for any kind of loan; conventional with little, to no money down, FHA, USDA, or VA. I also have relationships with lenders at Veterans United, USAA, and Navy Federal to aid with any Veteran needs. Regardless of how far you are into your home buying process, I am qualified to help!
