Fantastic! Couldn't have done any better
Rachel priced the house correctly. Kept me abreast of everything that was going on with potential buyers. Did as many open houses as possible that were necessary. She had a fantastic marketing plan with a top-rated company in the United States. Handled all paperwork. Did the scheduling for dye testing and coordinated with the other realtor and contractors so that I didn't have to do anything. You can't go wrong with "Rachel the Realtor".
