Rachel was spot in in pricing my home for sale, in a very uncertain time in the market. Prices and marketing times were beginning to slow, and I was concerned about either 1) pricing too high leading to long closing time, or 2) underpricing and leaving money on the table. I didn't need to worry - Rachel threaded that needle perfectly! I had an offer for my list price the day after it went live on the MLS. A huge part of her expertise is in staging the property for maximum appeal to potential buyers - one look at the photos from the listing and I knew we would attract tons of buyers. All required paperwork was e-signed and super easy to execute, and she facilitated inspections, walk throughs, and more. All in all, I couldn't have asked for a better process, experience, or outcome!
