I simply cannot say enough great things about Rachel. She was beyond great throughout the whole entire process of us purchasing our townhouse. We had a dream of moving to Florida from Kentucky and with her advice, expertise, patience and willingness to do whatever we needed, she was a key player in making our dream come true! She was available anytime we traveled to the area and also went into units for us and took quality videos so we could see more. Being 14 hours away, we relied on her so much during the closing events and she was there to take our spot throughout it all. I don't even know where to start. I would highly recommend her a million times over if I could. On a professional and personal level she is above the rest. She goes above and beyond in everything she does. She makes such a nerve wracking experience simple and streamline. She fights for what she believes is best for her client. She is open and honest. We currently reside in NYS and were buying in FL so this was a little more difficult then normal but she spent so much time going to showings, taking pictures, taking videos etc.....Even after the closing of our house she continues to stay in contact with us, answering any questions we have, even helping keeping an eye on the unoccupied property until we get there. She is overall just a beautiful amazing person - this word needs more people like her in it!
