Boy Oh Boy. What can I say. First time selling a house. Couldn't be happier. Take her advice. Within days we had an accepted offer. Closed escrow quickly and got more than asking price. All because I took her advice and did exactly what she suggested. Very knowledgeable. While I had no trouble selling my townhome. The exact same model down the street still sits on the market months later. I dont doubt this is because my realtor knows how to do her job. THANKS RAY!!! inside joke. Sorry.
