Rachel is very knowledgeable about the Parkland / Coral Springs real estate market as well as being very professional. She marketed my house on social media and it was sold for asking price within two weeks of being listed. She even helped me sell the furniture that I needed to dispose of. She went above and beyond what a typical real estate agent / broker would do and contacted me and discussed the different offers that were received as well as the response to those offers.
