Amidst A Quick and Chaos Filled Situation, Rachel Was Our Calm

We found Rachel through Dave Ramsey. We were nervous to sell our mother’s home from out of state and with more repairs than we expected. Rachel was comforting and nonjudgmental as she assessed the home and gave us our options. She was very informative and helpful with resources and her time. We quickly accepted a buyer and she explained every process, every step of the way. We had issues with the buyer’s funding, but Rachel advocated for our right and options. Although it took much longer than expected, we knew we were in good hands and everything ended up working out even better than originally planned. She is so patient and kind. She truly has a heart for her clients and fights for them. We were so blessed with Rachel and would recommend her.
