I could write a whole dissertation on all the positive ways Rachel influenced my home-buying process from start to finish. From interviewing with me and answering my seemingly endless first-time-home-buyer questions **four months** before I was ready to start looking for a home, to referring me to an awesome home inspector, super user-friendly home warranty group, and incredibly knowledgeable loan officer, to supporting me through all of my ups and downs as I worked through budgeting for the home buying process, and all the way through and beyond my signing day--even gifting me with a practical housewarming gift on the day of closing. Rachel stayed diligent and patient with me every step of the way and I never felt in the dark or confused as we navigated through 3 different counties’ housing markets. Rachel’s dedication to clear and concise communication throughout the home-buying process helped set me up for success while navigating the negotiation process as well—allowing me to come to a closing agreement on my terms and with great concessions from the seller. All in all, I HIGHLY recommend Rachel and am eager to recommend her to friends and coworkers who are also embarking on their home-buying journey, especially if they are a first-time-home-buyer who may have lots of questions.
