Excellent communicator, strong advocate

My purchase was a bit more streamlined since it was new construction, buying directly from the builder, but Rachel remained in close communication with the seller's agent, negotiating for appliances and furnishing and keeping me apprised of developments. The whole search, including several showings of properties before settling on this one, was smooth, and she knew exactly what I was looking for. I'd seek her out again for any future real estate!
