Rachel helped the reviewer buy this property

Rachel is fantastic! We're first-time homebuyers, and we recently closed on our first home.

Rachel is fantastic! We're first-time homebuyers, and we recently closed on our first home. Rachel and her team made the process very easy, streamlined, and efficient. She is also very tech savvy and made it easy for us to shop for a home from afar. She was a good negotiator too and also had a lot of nice referrals to other parties available (lenders, attorneys, inspectors, etc). And even though we're currently in a seller's market, we managed to get our first offer on our first home accepted. If and when we need a realtor again, we'll definitely reach back out to Rachel.
