Rachel helped us relocate our young family to the treasure valley and we’re glad we worked with her! We spent a weekend in town with her for 1.5 days going all across the valley before we had even put our home on the market, then she worked with us over the next three months to seek out the best homes to put offers on. She gave us virtual walks within 24 hrs of every house we were interested in (at least 10 by the end!) and she really helped us get a sense and feel of each house while 1400 miles away! Even though it took us multiple offers to get across the finish line, Rachel was always upbeat, helpful, professional, and prompt throughout the entire two month process. I met Rachel Johnson a year ago when I was considering moving to the area. We stayed in contact throughout the year and when I was ready to sell my house, I was working with another realtor in another state and it was a complete nightmare! I was leary working with another realtor after such a terrible experience but Rachel stepped up not knowing what she was getting into and she was patient and reassured me that not all realtors were that unprofessional and most experiences are supposed to be fun and exciting. She worked really hard for me for 3 months meeting with me in person to show me homes, and showing up last minute to open houses and showing up to showings for me while I was out of state. She would FaceTime me or video record homes that I couldn’t make it to view. Together after looking at many many houses, we found my perfect home! She’s amazing!
