One complicated long journey....

As a first time home owner, we didn't know where to start or what to expect. The thought of finding a realtor that is willing to give it their all to help their client is nerve wrecking. It was a rough beginning until Rachel came into our journey. She was recommended by our sister-in-laws who had nothing but a great experienced with her. It was a relief and everything makes sense. She's always available whenever we needed her whether is through text, phone, or in person. She never make us feel stupid and if she doesn't know the answer, she'll find it. Our journey ran into a long unexpected complication from the seller's side but she kept us updated throughout everything and even continued to show us houses during the process of this complication. She was there with us until our journey ended with the house being ours.
