Rachel stayed on top of everything throughout the whole process. If any sort of changes were coming at any point in time, she would make sure to reach out and explain what was going on before sending anything. I was able to reach out to her at any time if I had any questions throughout the process. I would highly recommend her and if I buy another home, I will use her again.
