Rachel was the perfect agent for us. As soon as we reached out to her she sat us down and walked through the home buying process which was very helpful for us as first time home buyers. She was able to quickly set up tours at times that worked for our schedules. She was highly responsive and knowledgeable when we sent her questions at all hours of the day. She handled the negotiations well and got us everything we wanted. She is easy to talk to and is very patient with explanations.
