She came to every showing with an abundance of knowledge and background on the home. She was never pushy, but always available if we had a question along the way. Rachel helped us to win the bid for our dream house by leveraging her in-depth market knowledge and great communication skills with the lenders, appraisers, and other realtors. Furthermore, I've also been very impressed by Rachel's deep network of contacts. From lenders to roofers, handymen and more, everyone that she has vouched for has been an immense help to us in our house-buying journey. It was certainly intimidating at first buying a new house, but Rachel made it easy and approachable for us at every step of the journey. She is incredibly thorough and made sure every detail was taken care of for us before, during, and after closing. Rachel is a kind, friendly, thoughtful, and considerate person, and I will always be thankful that we were lucky enough to get to work with her to find the home of our dreams!

I have worked with many, many realtors over my 28 years in this industry. I can honestly say that I have never experienced this level of attention to detail ever. Rachel made it a point to keep me updated with new information at critical times during the process. She went above and beyond in gathering information needed from the buyer to facilitate a smooth and easy transaction, even when the road was not smooth and easy. Definitely white glove service.
