Rachel was extremely patient and helpful in leading my boyfriend and I through the process of buying a home. We were first time buyers with lots questions and Rachel led us through the process with patience and helpful knowledge. When things started getting rough with the sellers and their agent Rachel kept her cool. When our mortgage copy ckaimed to not have certain information Rachel was on them with email proof that they did. We were her first experience with a V.A. loan and she made sure to make herself knowledgeable and if she didn't know the answer admitted it bit quickly the answers for us. Thanks to her we are now extremely happy homeowners.
