Rachel Flichel

Rachel was awesome. It has been many years since I have sold anything major. I could not have done it without Rachel's help. There were a few times it was a challenge, but with all her help we were able to provide all documents and information requested in a timely fashion. If I decide to sell my current home some day, Rachel will be the first realtor I call. She is beautiful, has a very charming personality and was really nice and fun to work with.

I can't begin to tell you how professional and knowledgeable Rachel Flichel is. The entire house sale went super smoothly despite the original buyer having problems. Rachel handled this with grace and style, pivoted, and got the house resold in less than a week. Rachel went above and beyond the call of duty numerous times, and always facilitated the information that we needed at the moment to move the process forward. If I ever buy or sell a house again Rachel will be the first call without a doubt. I can't recommend her highly enough, and will only comment that if you choose a different agent then you are not getting the best.
