Rachel is a lovely person who is patient, considerate, thoughtful, and helpful. She has been extremely helpful to me in the entire process of purchasing my home in Rossmoor. Since I am an east coast resident, Rachel not only facilitated the purchase process, but she toured me through all of the facilities at Rossmoor, drove me around the area, including Walnut Creek and Lafayette, connected me with an insurance broker who was able to insure our home, and is providing me with the names of service and construction people to help prepare our home to move in. Rachel did the final walk-through before closing in my absence and also patiently took very detailed measurements for me of all wall spaces in the house to facilitate my making moving plans remotely. She continues to be willing to help in every possible way.
