I recently bought a condo in the Walnut Creek, CA area and had the great fortune of having Rachel as my realtor. I cannot recommend her highly enough. I found Rachel to be informative, helpful, and professional. I was a first-time home buyer and one busy Sunday showing houses she took the time to meet me at her brokerage in Lafayette for several hours to go over the entire home buying process so that when the time came this process would not be so bewildering to me. I found this experience to be enormously helpful. When the time came and we found a condo in Rossmoor I liked, Rachel was right by my side, immediately writing an offer, which was accepted. We even closed quickly on the sale, in large part because of the efforts Rachel made to facilitate that process. After the sale was completed, she helped me find a painter, a window treatment specialist, and a carpet cleaner. All her recommendations and advice have been so appreciated. Rachel is a warm and friendly person, with a keen attention to detail, a great combination in a realtor. Buying a home can be an emotional and stressful process, with ups and downs. I'm so grateful she was at my side.
