I can't stress enough how amazing Rachel was as our realtor. She was patient—and I mean very patient for a very long time—and never made us feel pressured. She both understood and respected our picky criteria even in a challenging market, and still managed to find houses to show us for months until she found us the perfect house. Some people complain that real estate agents are just "middlemen" and I find that notion laughable after seeing all that Rachel did to help us get our house. She was the brain behind the whole endeavor. She's an expert facilitator, a wealth of information, and someone with many helpful connections in Redlands. Anything she didn't know—and she knew a lot—she immediately found out for us, both in the home-buying journey and after as new-homeowner questions came up. I highly recommend Rachel, especially in the unique and difficult market that is South Redlands (but probably anywhere)!

We wanted to find an investment property and needed strategies for getting making a successful offer. Rachel's deep knowledge of the market and elements of an offer that sellers would find attractive in this very competitive market, our offer was accepted! We couldn't have done it without her. Rachel is the key to success.

She has been doing this for a while and it shows. Not the average real estate person trying to just close that sale to make a commission. I am very familiar with our market and the pricing increases. Most important thing Mrs Connlly did was tell me EXACTLY what to do and not to do to my property. She recommended about $3500 in upgrades (carpet floors and such). She recommended against wasting money on other items. Her staging and attention to detail brought my home in at 12 percent over asking and the local market, netting me over a 500 percent return on my dolling the place up. Then after the deal was done just before closing my stupid water heater started acting up. Although it probably would have taken a $200 replacement of the thermo Coupler. Being a professional she insisted we change out the whole water heater, just so the new owners have it warranted and eliminate potential issues. When I began to balk she said she felt so strongly she would absorb the water heater from her commission. That gesture in combination with her ability to get top dollar in out of my home convinced me to comply. Of coarse I would not allow her to pay for the water heater after all after her getting me an extra $25000.00 on my home her commission was more than earned several times over. So if your looking to get top dollar from your home a call to Mrs Connelly should be on your list. Oh yah, last week Mrs Connelly closed on my newer larger home.................so if your looking to buy she does even better!
