This home was my most recent sale in 2022. However, Rachel Bramson has been my realtor for at least (5) five home purchases and sales since 2010. She is my go-to realtor who is trustworthy, intelligent, thorough, and advocates for a great deal to be had whether a buyer or seller. I have used her as a realtor to sell three times, and as a buyer twice. In each case, she does an excellent job in helping me with the process. As a realtor helping me sell my properties, she helps me stage the house, is very communicative with me as well as the interested agents/buyers; she returns calls, and goes above and beyond to sell a property--even goes as far as tidying up the house before showing the house just to make the best impression for the seller! She takes her job seriously, and is treating the property as if it was her own! As a realtor helping me buy a house, she is thorough in her research, is able to find good deals, and has a knack for negotiating a good property. She is very determined to advocate for me as the buyer or seller, and has a great way of communicating, making the situation as comfortable as possible even when it's stressful. She has a great sense of humor which is very calming during the process. She is an asset to a buyer or seller needing a realtor, so I unequivocably recommend Rachel as your realtor.

Rachel Bramson was an exceptional real estate agent. The best! First of all, she was extremely meticulous about the appearance of the house so that it would sell, and yield the most possible money. She spent extra time giving ideas to improve the physical appearance, to make the house look its best- which in the end, made me more money. She was very thorough in listing the details of the property, reviewing offers, and was communicative and updated me every step of the way. She was also responsive and available to talk to when necessary. Rachel went out of her way to be helpful in coordinating additional inspections, and was even present herself for two inspections. Rachel clearly was willing to do whatever it took to get the job done! There are few professional people left in the real estate business who truly care about the customer (seller or buyer) like she does, and not just in it for the money. She is a professional who goes above and beyond, and is knowledgable and honest! Definitely will use again and wholeheartedly recommend her to others!
