Rachel was extremely helpful in helping us find our dream home. She went above & beyond to assist us in moving from NY to FL. She promptly answered all of our questions and even found us a broker to transport my husband's motorcycle. She sent us listings that were within our budget and met our specifications. Highly recommend Rachel as your real estate agent.
Rachel was patient and super helpful. She found our house and made everything really easy.
She was able to single out a qualified buyer in a matgter of days.
This is my second time working with Rachel. I sold the house I previously bought with her, and then purchased another one. She presented me with the option to sell my townhome and use the equity to put a down payment on a single family home. I had her list my townhome and we began looking into single family home options. My townhome went under contract in less than 3 days! We found a new property relatively quickly, and she got right to work getting us under contract. She was very thorough and available to answer my many questions throughout the entire process. Everything went pretty smoothly, and we closed both on time, and in the same day! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my real estate needs.
Rachel not only was the realtor for my house, she was there every single minute for me. She helps sell off extra items I no longer needed it. She answered every single phone calls even if they were about my craziness. It’s very hard to sell your home especially when you’ve been in for so long. Rachel help me through every step of the way. I couldn’t have done it without her!
First of all, i apologize for the delay in sending this review. Rachel worked with us , my tenant, and the buyer in such a way that we never had a worry. Most importantly, she always answered our questions with speed. We never waited for her to get back to us. Her coordination of the entire process went smoothly due to her competence and experience I give her an A++++.
She will find a way Rachel is definitely the realtor you want to find your new home. When we were looking for a realtor we needed someone who was knowledgeable, had the time, and was willing to work with a short time frame. She is very knowledgeable in her field as well as insurance. She is professional, motivated, and very personable. She truly has your best interest at heart. We had an issue with our lender about 2 weeks before closing, if it wasn't for Rachel being experienced and figuring out a way to satisfy the lenders request we would have not heard those three beautiful words...clear to close! We now have a beautiful home with a mortgage rate that is lower than what was originally quoted. We call her the real estate assassin 🤗 Don't let her sweet demeanor fool you, she is a real estate beast. There are no closed doors with Rachel, when you think that door is closed she finds a way to kick it open. Go with Rachel, you won't regret it!

We were downsizing which can be traumatizing. Rachel guided us to.see the advantages. She showed us a variety of properties. Rachel was always the professional realtor and was our objective fiduciary. Everyone deserves a.realtor like Rache
Although it took awhile Rachel got us through the process as easy as possible.
I cannot say enough good things about Rachel. When I was looking to purchase my first home, she was the first person I went to. I'm not leaving this review because Rachel is my friend, but because I have seen her in action and truly believe she is amazing at what she does. Bottom line is, Rachel GETS IT DONE. She is responsive, knowledgeable and passionate about helping people buy or sell their homes in the most efficient and beneficial way. She will not only advocate for you, but also tell you when she doesn't think something is a good fit. She truly has her client's best interest in mind. Being a first time homebuyer, I knew literally nothing, so even picking insurance was an overwhelming task. But lucky for me, Rachel has worked in the industry and was able to help me make sense of everything and guide me in the right direction. I urge anyone considering buying or selling a home to work with Rachel; she is the real deal!
She went above and beyond to sell and get a great price on our home. She is a joy to talk to and a pleasure to be around. Rachel organized and even helped us clean up the house for showing. I can't thank her enough.
