This is my second time working with Rachel. I sold the house I previously bought with her, and then purchased another one. She presented me with the option to sell my townhome and use the equity to put a down payment on a single family home. I had her list my townhome and we began looking into single family home options. My townhome went under contract in less than 3 days! We found a new property relatively quickly, and she got right to work getting us under contract. She was very thorough and available to answer my many questions throughout the entire process. Everything went pretty smoothly, and we closed both on time, and in the same day!
