I have never formally met Rachel in person but she represented me in purchasing some land. I reached out to her based on a real-estate search engine find (redfin). In this case some land to build on. Then she proceeded to get County and City information; reached out to friend who is a surveyor; trying to sleuth out every bit of information possible. If I had to describe the ideal realtor; it would be Rachel. She is permanently on in my Contacts list primarily because "Rachel may know someone". :)
