Rachel Beavers is very professional and is on the ball all the time. Rachel sold my house for over asking and closed within a month. Very happy with how smoothly the sale went.

I have never formally met Rachel in person but she represented me in purchasing some land. I reached out to her based on a real-estate search engine find (redfin). In this case some land to build on. I wasn't expecting much, I just wanted some information. I have to tell you, I have never had an agent that was so responsive; she called me within 10 minutes. I have never had an agent say (on a cold call), "let me call the listing agent to get that information and get back to you in 20 min"; and she did. Then she proceeded to get County and City information; reached out to friend who is a surveyor; trying to sleuth out every bit of information possible. If I had to describe the ideal realtor; it would be Rachel. She is permanently on in my Contacts list primarily because "Rachel may know someone". :)

There are no words to describe how grateful and incredible it has been working with Rachel.
