Rachel’s experience in the real estate industry began almost 25 years ago as a returning college student, ready to be home in the beautiful landscape of the Ozark Mountains. Since then, she continues to diversify her knowledge in
all aspects of the real estate transaction, covering everything from the title insurance policy, to local loan procedures, to overcoming various closing obstacles.
Rachel has spent the largest part of her career as an escrow closer where she developed the ability to anticipate issues causing closing delays and the determination & follow-thru to resolve those issues before they become escalated.
Rachel’s background includes experience in the larger Kansas City market, county tax collector’s office, and as
closing coordinator for a multi-state development firm. Rachel also served as a commercial loan assistant for a
local bank here in Taney County, Missouri.
While the biggest reward of her career is building lasting relationships, in December of 2023, Rachel was honored to be named the Tri-Lakes Board of REALTORS® "REALTOR® of the Year", and previously received the Tri-Lakes Board of REALTORS® “President’s Rookie of the Year” award for 2015-2016. and received Carol Jones REALTOR’s “Rookie of the Year” award in 2015.
In 2025, Rachel was thrilled to join the RE/MAX team after having built her reputation on 10 years of hard work and tenacity resulting in a real estate business model built on honesty and integrity. She obtained her Arkansas Real Estate License in 2025.
Rachel is proud to be a 6th generation native of Taney County, raising her family in the same close-knit community in which she grew up. She enjoys canoeing local rivers & streams, doing anything DIY, and most of all, loves spending time with her husband, their three daughters, and extended family and friends.
