Rachael reached out to me by a previous listing a few years back to just let me know if I was still interested is selling she was available. And because I wasn't quite ready at the time, I would periodically receive nice little reminder notes that she was willing to list and work with me but I never felt any pressure. That spoke volumes in that I really felt that she would be very pro-active. Just at the mention that I thought I was finally ready to list she set up a meeting with her broker Lloyd Mize, who by the way also is exceptional. He was very kind and knowledgeable They came to my house explained what they could do to sell the home, the market and left me with a lot of information. I was very impressed with the online pictures and upload. She walk thru each step with me and when issues popped up she handled them calmly and very courteous. I cant say enough about her kindness and always very professional manner. She is just TOP RATE in my book and I know she will go far. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking for an agent as she just steps out way ahead of any others I ever worked with. Lloyd Mize and Racheal Allen are a excellent team.
