At a time when we were in dire need of getting out of where we were, in a house that was falling down around us; as we were also put on a time limit by the town to fix all areas of this house which would have been costly and not worth it, Rachel was quick to get a buyer for that dump, who was willing to hold off on closing until we found another place. She had taken on so many duties of having helped us find reasons priced workers to fix a few areas of the new house that we are now living comfortably in.
