I can't tell you how easy it was to get my house sold and in a quick fashion. The realtors walked through the house and sent me ideas and photos of things to address to sell the house faster. I actually got an offer well over what I had expected. When it came to offers, counter offers, etc...they really knew what they were doing and explained the pros and cons of each offer and potential counter offers. They are truly first class and their experience as well-seasoned realtors was so valuable! I would highly recommend working with them!

Kim and Rachael are knowledgeable about all aspects of the real-estate business. They communicate well and frequently (but only as necessary and not intrusively). They were patient with my experience as a first-time seller, and they didn't push me as I prepared my home for sale--which they also gave me expert advice on doing. They used a skilled photographer who created images that were real but showed my home at its best. They did light staging of my house to add the "pops" of color that an empty house needed. Best of all, their kindness and easygoing attitude made them a pleasure to do business with. I recommend them to everyone I know who needs to sell a house!

Rachael, Kim, and their team are wonderful. Thier knowledge and attention to detail is spot on, and we were able to sell our home very quickly at a good price. Although they're very professional, they were quite fun to work with which is a rare quality in business. They went above and beyond for my wife and me. The timing on our home listing fell on a real estate convention they were attending. They were able to maintain communication and handle offers, addendums, and counters from the airport. Kim and Rachel go above and beyond for their clients. While keeping things professional, they also keep things personal. Meaning we are human and we go through a roller coaster of emotions.
