Rachael and I have completed our sixth real estate transaction together in over the past 5 years or so. And it should be known that I am not a home-flipper or commercial investor. This home was my personal residence. Racheal is unique among agents, as she comes from a banking/finance background and understands the finer points of buying, selling and re-investing proceeds to make the most of today's market and your personal real estate finances.
