Rachael helped us sell our house in a month when we had to move for a job opportunity. She is extremely proficient in communicating every detail and caters to your availability. My favorite thing about working with Rachael is that she focuses on the people above all. She went above and beyond to assist us in every facet while we were living 700 miles away. Rachael is with out a question the best , most knowledgeable realtor in SWOK. She truly cares for her clients and hearing their needs when purchasing and selling a home. From showings, to closings she was right there with us all of the way. (Kinda since we have now PCSed clear across the country.) She was willing to go above and beyond to show our home for us. She has been able to answer all my questions and with a quick response time. I absolutely recommend her to my colleagues and friends without hesitation... She is the best in Elgin and SWOK!

Rachael went above and beyond: Checking in with us constantly to see if there was anything we needed, answering all questions, and offering to help out and take care of anything within her power. We were working long distance and dealing with the pandemic so Rachael’s assistance in the process was invaluable. She provided us weekly progress videos and even offered to come water our yard once sod was laid. Always cheerful and willing to check into anything we had a question about if she didn’t immediately know the answer. Definitely recommend her for all your realty needs.
