Rachael helped me find the perfect house

Rachael helped me find the perfect house. From start to finish she was available any time and day to answer questions and coordinate showings. She was very knowledgeable about the local housing market trends. When in escrow she was very insightful on all of the inspections/reports and the process of closing. Months after closing we found our skylights were leaking every time it rained. When I went to her with this, she contacted the seller, and was able to get them replaced with no extra money from me! I have recommended Rachael to friends and family.
