Rachael Hughel is a wonderful person first and then a very efficient agent. This is my first experience at buying a home in the US and she helped me in every way possible to make the process easy for me. She is very communicative, patient, upfront and knowledgeable about localities. She is always on top of things and is ready to answer any questions you may have. She will provide all facts and data to help you make you an informed decision. Even after making a selection, she helped find handy people to assist with little fixes. She goes above an beyond her duties as a realtor and even helped me deal with rodent issues, while I was travelling, it just goes to show her continued commitment to the comfort of the customer. I especially liked that she stuck to my set of criteria for a home. I would highly recommend her.
