Rachael is incredible. I initially started my home buying process with a different Realtor. After visiting wrong home after wrong home....we found Rachael. She went above and beyond to get us into the home of our dreams. We found a house after two weeks of being with her. We had to go against 7 other offers plus cash offers that were being delivered to the sellers home. Rachael stepped in and got us an amazing loan that was able to compete against everyone else. She also helped us nail the numbers to get the house that we really wanted. Rachel helped me with the purchase of my first home. She is extremely personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and recommend asking for things during the buying process from the seller. One specific example I can think of, was getting a credit for $500 dollars from the seller since the seller couldn't get a request done in time.
