She went above and beyond searching and found us exactly what we wanted in an amazing neighborhood. Once we found our house, she fought like a superhero, to make sure we got it. If you have been looking at all out there, you know how brutal the market is. Rachael fought for us tenaciously and succeeded in making our dreams come true! With her help we were able to find our dream home and close on it in less then a month! Not to rest on her laurels, she also helped us find a great flooring company and other contacts we needed to make transitioning to a new area seamless. I cannot recommend Rachael enough, because finding her was a blessing, especially during these harsh times. Rachael is the ulrimate realtor. She identified the righ time to go the market, price the property right and finalize the sale withiun reasonable time. But even more important she demonstrated excellent diplomatic skills going advising and calming not too easy sellers (us) and irritating buyer. Hi Rachael was very knowledgeable and worked diligently to find us a home that we enjoyed. She was able to get our home under market value in 2020 which was a crazy year/market. That being said she did show us homes primarily at the top end of our budget and focused mostly on move in ready homes. If you really know what you are looking for and she is not listing those kinds of properties in the online MLS page, make sure you call her. Overall I would recommend Rachael as she was nice, helpful, and on top of her game.
