Hi Rachael was very knowledgeable and worked diligently to find us a home that we enjoyed. She was able to get our home under market value in 2020 which was a crazy year/market. That being said she did show us homes primarily at the top end of our budget and focused mostly on move in ready homes. If you really know what you are looking for and she is not listing those kinds of properties in the online MLS page, make sure you call her. Overall I would recommend Rachael as she was nice, helpful, and on top of her game.

This is my second time working with Rachael and I can’t recommend her enough! We were looking to buy a home and I had some pretty specific requests. Rachael was not only a go-getter, always sending me listings that fit what I wanted, but she was also there to answer all my questions about the process - no matter how silly or basic they were. Once we started the paperwork I was so lucky to have Rachael as my go-between with the previous owners when I was too shy to contact them myself.
