Choosing the best home for our family was exciting and nervous for us as 1st time home buyers. Rachael was patient and understanding with our needs. She explained each process step by step. She negotiated and helped us obtain the perfect home. She got us in to see this home that was only on the market for 7 hours and our offer was accepted within by next day within 24 hours. Now that's efficiency !! We highly recommend Rachael and she also made this process as smoothly as possible. We are enjoying our new home and if feels like we're vacation which makes it very exciting to come home to everyday.
