Rachel was awesome. Her knowledge of building code and standards was a huge asset buying my home, as an FHA loan-holder, There were certain standards in specs that needed to be met to secure the loan, and she knew what those were. Did a previous experience she was also incredibly knowledgeable as to plumbing and natural gas standards. and was able to advise me regarding termite inspections (I’m from further north where they aren’t a concern.) I would recommend Rachel to anyone who’s looking to buy a home— Her knowledge of the communities in the areas I was looking, her recommendations regarding inspectors and what should be in the contract were spot-on.
