From our preliminary call, it was clear that she had a great understanding of the industry and was interested in digging into what we were looking for in a home. She got us set up with a search so that we could start narrowing in on our house-search from across the country. She went above and beyond to schedule all our top house viewings during the week we were able to visit, taking the time to point out things of note while going through each house. She road the wave of our emotions during the viewing, offer, pending and closing stages (&beyond) and always offered great support and knowledge at every step.

Rachael was so kind and patient in showing us houses to help us narrow in on geographic area, style, and final budget. Once we found the right house, she was as invested as we were in getting the house for the right price and condition.
