After James was recommended, I talked with him on the phone, then met him in person. I felt he was someone I could respect and trust, as well as feel comfortable with, which is very important to me. As I started experiencing the searching-for-a-new-home process with him, I quickly discovered how much more he does to understand the wants and needs I had. He then would apply them to his strategy to meet those goals. Additionally, he has proven his vast knowledge and experience in what he does in general and has always been well-prepared regarding showing homes to me, really presenting them well w/o pressure or judgement and ever-ready to answer my questions, always willing to go beyond the norm to find out additional information, etc., as requested. Obviously, I cannot say enough positive things about him. I truly believe he cares that his client is happy and well taken of, period. Gotta say one thing more. He “went to bat” for me to do all he could to help me actually get offers accepted, as well as both he and Beth actually went to homes for me when I couldn’t, then took me along through Facetime tours with them. James deserves every bit and more of his commission on the sale of my nee home. It has been a long, but cery satisfying process.

They were very quick to respond to any questions we had and actually did a lot a research to fully answer questions. Perhaps as important as the service up through closing was their service in the weeks after closing. They helped us get up and running in our new house in a new city.
