Quinton represented us as we we went through the process of purchasing our first home. From our initial meeting with him until closing (and beyond) he took the time to make sure we understood every step of the process and knew everything about what we were getting into, making the formidable home buying process feel accessible. Quinton actively sought to stay within our price range without pressuring us to go beyond our stated budget. He also made sure we were aware of pitfalls and/or warning signs on properties, putting our long-term interest over his short-term financial gain. In sum, I whole heartedly recommend Quinton. He knows when to be patient and when to push for a better deal. He knows how to take care of his clients, and he makes sure they are well informed and taken care of throughout the process.
