Quincy Anderson

We met Quincy at a property she was showing in Carson, WA. She stayed late for us to show up last minute and was an absolute delight to talk with. She obviously has extensive knowledge of the real estate field and the areas she works in. We didn't buy the home she was showing that day (though it DID get sold quickly!), but we will definitely use her if we buy in this area, or sell our home in Clark County (Vancouver, Wa). She's warm and easy to talk to and puts a person at ease quickly with her natural honesty and genuineness. We look forward to working with her as our primary agent in the near future!

Very thoughtful in finding perspective properties that fit what we were looking for. Always available to answer questions and even there to talk us through the frustrations of buying and selling a home. She was very helpful through out the entire process. Because she wasn't licensed in Oregon, where we were selling our home, she even helped find us a realtor in our area.

This was Quincy's first listing and we feel she did an excellant job for us. She went "over the top" for us, was very responsive to our questions, guided our decisions when we had questions, but left the ultimate decision to us. She was always pleasant and has a very good way with people. We would highly recommend her.

When it came time to sell my home, I chose Quincy as my realtor. The best decision I could have made. She came over with a beautiful and very well organized portfolio containing all the forms for me to sign as well as listings of homes nearby that had sold. She went through it all with me, answered my questions and told me what she felt would be a fair market price based on the area. After signing papers, she jumped right in making plans for an open house, had a photographer out, and made flyers and mailers. The house sold right away and Quincy was there every step of the way keeping me informed on the progress. I love her openness and honesty through the whole process. If she didn't have a complete answer to my question, she would find out the answer and get right back to me. Overall the whole process was very smooth. I would definitely use her again and would recommend her to anyone else.
