We are first-time homebuyers and started our research online. It was important to us to find a home that would allow us to grow into as a family and having long-term visitors from overseas. When our progress (or lack thereof) did not advance much, we knew it was time to find an experienced realtor to guide us through the process. We found Que online and contacted her. She was very responsive and conducted an informative session giving us a roadmap and important steps to get started. Our search was concentrated close to our respective jobs but we also wanted to explore other areas as well. Que was great a listening to our needs and in particular she was in tune with our evolving thought process. Her general knowledge about not only real estate but related subject matter such as lending, housing types, remodel vs. expansion, looking at our short- and long-term needs. In short, she helped us achieve clarity of thought to lead to positive action. We did run into a few issues during the escrow and she came through with flying colors. Her problem-solving ability and most of all her genuine care for our success gave us a wonderful home buying experience. We recommend Que’s services wholeheartedly.
