I honestly feel there aren't enough stars here to rate Que. She was recommended to us by friend, and we are eternally grateful for the connection. Right from the start Que gave us the benefits of her focused attention to detail and amazing knowledge of the market. <br/><br/>Our situation was different than most. We live in New Zealand, and not only needed someone to represent us all the way over here in the selling of our property, but also to assume the role of project manager for the extensive repairs and remodeling required. The condo had been occupied for 10 years by someone who really didn't take very good care of it (a separate long story in itself). Que's expert guidance started with best ways to get the tenant out with the least drama, then on to selection of contractors for work, and continued right through to suggestions for ways to cost effectively bring the unit up to a high standard -- and right on through to the final sale. Thanks to Que, in an area where listings are on the market for an average of a couple of months, ours sold in only a week!<br/><br/>Bottom line -- if you are looking for someone who is a great communicator, fantastic to work with, and who gives the best possible advice and follow-through.....Que is your person. We can't recommend her highly enough.
