My purchase went pretty amazing as I initially reached out over the end of the weekend leaving voicemail messages and my contact info asking for a callback regarding acquiring the property and was unable to connect, but little did I know things were just starting off in the making. Quanah made sure to reach back out to me as she made it back to work in the office Monday morning ready to rock and roll, she called me back soon after she was able to gather all the information about the property to discuss. I was a bit skeptical at first of the listing and transfer of the special deed ownership until she gave me a better insight of the process and was even helpful enough to connect me with the company owner in which I was able to gain some more knowledge of the buying process and how they handle things on their end. She made sure that everything was pleasant throughout the purchase and kept in contact as needed between me and the owner that she listed for. She was very down to earth. She sent all the needed documentation and made sure I understood it. I truly believe that she is one of the special people who's out there that can really help other investors and others out there like myself make informed decisions while helping purchase properties to impact their future goals in a better way. I hope to someday day be able to use her knowledge and her skill set again to gain more as soon as my time to buy comes again. The sale of this property was somewhat personal. Communication and Professionalism were exhibited throughout the entire process.

I considered myself a life-long renter, not bothered by maintenance issues or lawn care. Then my children started having children and I became concerned about my grandchildren's future. My lease was up, so I posted on Facebook that I was looking for a rental. Quanah responded with rental listings, then one day she asked me why I wasn't buying. She gave me several good reasons for buying and I gave her one reason why I didn't think I could. My credit. I never really thought much about credit because I paid cash for everything, including my rent. I bought all my cars used and with cash. Quanah believed we could do it and so she put me in touch with a lender and between the two of them, I got pre-approved and then approved and before I knew it, we were closing! Quanah made sure that everything worked as it should in the house and those issues that needed attention, she made sure they were attended to. She told me, after the initial inspection, she was going to "make them work and make them pay!" She did exactly that and every contingency was met to my satisfaction before the final inspection and appraisal. I completely trusted her and had all the confidence in her expertise and work ethic. I keep walking out to the street to look at this beautiful home. It's still hard for me to grasp. I've never lived in a place this nice. I thought it was out of my reach. Quanah believed and she helped me to believe, then she, my lender and I set about handling the business of it all. I learned a lot about real estate and home ownership. I learned a lot about faith. Buying a house is very involved, stressful, and complicated. It is not for the faint of heart, but with the right people, it can be a very rewarding process.
