i sold my house with cherie on the first weekend. she made everything so easy as it was the first time i ever sold a house. Then we had to sell property in Wauconda which was very difficult because of the circumstances. For ten years it was priced too high. When it was finally priced right it sold right away. Cherie is a wonderful person to deal with. Very compendent and she really knows the business. She sold my house the first weekend and Cherie is very compenedent and professional in all her dealings with her customers. I would not deal with anyone else.
